Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. If you are billed annually, the value of your unshipped bundles will be refunded.

You receive four seasonal shipments: Spring Startup (early spring), Late Spring/Early Summer, Late Summer/Early Fall, and Winter Prep (late fall). Each bundle is timed to address what your pond needs during that specific season.

Each bundle contains a combination of treatments tailored to the season and your pond size. Common products include EasyClear and BarleyClear for water clarity, beneficial bacteria for sludge breakdown (SludgeStop and Muck Guard), pH Balance Blocks for pH stability, and seasonal blends like our WinterGuard and AutumnPrep. The exact mix varies by season, regional climate, and pond size.

Yes. All Pondly products are formulated to be safe for fish, plants, and wildlife when used as directed. Our treatments use natural and naturally-derived ingredients including barley, beneficial bacteria, and mineral-based clarifiers.

Our products are designed for use in outdoor ponds and water features. While they are made from natural and naturally-derived ingredients, we recommend keeping children and pets away from the pond during and immediately after treatment, and always following the application instructions included with each shipment.
